Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

We use Greek National Post Office (ELTA) to send all the orders. We also offer a tracking number where you can check the delivery status and all the packages are registered. In some cases, we use TNT or FedEx.
Shipping times
- Europe: 3 – 15 days
- U.S.A.: 8 – 45 days
- Australia: 8 – 45 days
The actual shipping times varies a lot. From our experience is:
- Europe: 3 – 11 days
- U.S.A.: 6 – 11 days
- Australia: ~23 days
Each item is packed in a gift box. All gift boxes are packed in full craft strong carton export boxes for safe transportation.
